My pictures are not clear, so need to submit picture again but i am outside Canada, can i reapply for PR card if i go back after a year or so, or it is compulsory to appear for PR card picture once they sent you a letter.
Secondly in how many days one should appear with pictures is there any time line or limit mentioned in that letter?
1. The dedline is mentioned in that letter (for submitting new pics).
2. If u do not visit the office in time, your PR Card apps become void.
3. Then u need to enter Canada under a PRTD (costs $50, easily obtainable from your 'overseas' CHC).
4. Once reEntered - u can always submit another PRC apps (now u'd be required to pay its fees, $50).
5. Remember the residency requirement for maintaining your PR (the 3/5 rule).
They might not -- & even if they do, it's of no consequence. Remember (once again), u have to enter before 1090 days(I deliberately kept a margin of 5 days in that count).
