Wonder if anyone travel and return to canada by air with unexpired worker visa while waiting for pr card?
My worker visa will expire on May 7, 2018 and yesterday when I landed at Boundary Bay, BC, the office said i could leave and come back to Canada before that day. Airline will let me board into flight to canada and when arriving to canada, CBSA wont hvae any problems let me in. Is this true? Anyone successful?
So your post is confusing you are a newly landed immigrant with a COPR waiting for your first PR card but still assuming your work permit issued before you became a PR is still valid ? Maybe clarify your status in Canada for a specific answer.
