Translating passport stamps

I have a single stamp from my home country in a foreign language. And it's not a travel stamp, but just a registration with the embassy in Canada. It has nothing to do with exit / entry.

But I can see that an interview person might get confused as to what that stamp is.

Is it necessary to translate passport stamps?

I had two exit stamps for China which were completely in Chinese, I had them translated but the interview officer didn’t ask for them. He did look at all the stamps on my passport though. What I am trying to say is there is no harm in getting them translated although most likely you wont need them

Simple answer - Go for it.
