I am travelling from Delhi to Montreal on Canadian Study Visa with a 15 hour stopover at Frankfurt
Do I need a transit visa for Frankfurt considering that the stopover is 15 hours long? if Yes, how much time does it take to get a transit visa?

Somebody told me that the transit visa exemption at frankfurt airport is only valid for 12 hours!!!

no u don't need it.. but do confirm it from your airline and from the embassy

I just confirmed it with Border Police, Frankfurt Airport. Canadian Visa holders are not required to obtain a transit visa at frankfurt airport.
