Hey,

Can anyone confirm that if one requires transit visa while flying through Heathrow, if there's change in terminal. Flight arrives on term 4 ,change of plane and depart from term 3.

I am not sure about change of terminal. But i can tell you that i know a guy from a country which required visa to be in the UK, who booked a flight to vancouver through travel agent with a connecting flight through london. He switched planes from emirates to air canada and did not require a visa (he didn't have one). He travelled around Mar 2013. So probably you should be okay without a visa, unless this change of terminal is something additional.
 
change of terminal require , 48 hours transit visa one can easily get from airport for connecting flights. for more information check UKBA website
