I have done my softlanding but will not be able to wait for my pr card as I already need to go back to settle some stuffs. Before going back, I have decided to visit some friends in the US. I do have US visa. So currently I am inside canada and for my flight to US, I will be having a transit in toronto airport. Is it okay to transit in toronto even though I dont have my pr card yet? Stopover is just 1hr.
