We are sooo unfortunate applicants...that's all I can say..when our file was In Buffalo office..they were the slowest and Seattle was quick for issuance of PPR. Then we wished it to Transferred to Seattle. Now Buffalo is working and Seattle is sleeping.
Don't worry too much, I think they are still moving but relatively slow. I saw someone getting PPR from Seattle on 30 Nov 2011. He's a September 2011 transferred case. They are moving to people who got transferred in October for sure! My ECAS was updated today to In Process.
90 days period will pass soon for you and me both ... Jan 1st and 4th.
We should send them an email asking for the updates if we do not hear anything this year.
the guy who got PPR on 30 Nov, 2011 was transferred to Seattle on 14 September 2011, under BC PNP. He submitted around 20 October 2010.
I hope you and I can get PPR before Xmax, or we are gonna have to be the first ones in the new year lol.
But anyways, let's hope they are on the way! Keep finger crossed

my application was transferred to seattle last october 5 2011..
my husband is in singapore and he is working there. while i am here working in canada
we had our medical last aug. 2011...
my problem is my husband can't get a police clearance in singapore because he is not a citizen of singapore. they don't give a police clearance unless they get a letter from the immigration. i tried to email seattle so we can start to process my husband's police clearance but they don't reply.
i just pray that whenever the seattle office start to process my paper, they will not get my husband's police clearance and just do ask PPR...
i've been seriously sleepless because of that seattle.... :'(
