Hello,

I am currently in the USA planning to move to Canada in few months. If I have my stock brokerage account with interactive brokers in the USA can I easily transfer stocks to interactive brokers in Canada account? Given once I move out of the USA I don't want to trade in the interactive broker USA account.
 
You would have to open an IBKR account in Canada and initiate an ACATs transfer. I transferred from Robinhood to IBKR, it happened within 10 days. Pretty straightforward procedure
