Transfer frm Delhi to london

Hi Friends,

Need your suggestion regarding what is the procedure for shifting my file from New Delhi to London.Yeah I dont want to reapply from here but am looking to accelerating my canada entry as UK is becoming more and more anti immigration.

I have a file no from New delhi - Nov 2005.

I moved to London in May 2006 so have completed 1 year here..

Does it make me eligible to apply for transfer of my file to London as I am normally resident here for last 13 months on work permit.


Or is it the prerogative of CHC if so on what basis??

Any past experiences , suggestions would be most welcome
