Transfer Company within Canada in WP

Hi Expats,
I have a doubt. I am from India and my company is planning to send me in WP for 6 months-1 year to Toronto,CA.

My Question, Once i reach CA, Can i able to shift to other company with the same WP (by acceptance of transfer of WP) or fresh WP to any new opportunity within CA that suits my profile.

If its possible what is the procedure. ? how is the market for SAP, IT?

Assuming you are referring to an inter company transfer permit then you can only work for that company so it is not transferrable
