Hi Guys,
I have obtained my Transcripts from my college (which comes under University of Delhi) in a sealed/signed envelop.
Most of the Canadian Universities require Transcripts to be posted directly by the college/University you attended.
Many Canadian University dont accept the Transcripts emailed by the candidate.
But my college (under University of Delhi) dont email the Transcript to foreign University.
Please suggest if anyone has faced similar scenario?
Is there any workaround possible ?
Thanks in advance
Who told you that you cannot mail it? Its completely absurd and wrong info!
You can mail it by yourself! None of the Indian universities send transcripts abroad! Stop worrying.. send it on DHL or fedex..!

Hi
Thanks for replying
Many Universities accepts Transcripts only from issuing universities and not from students, for instance:
Waterloo University:
============
https://uwaterloo.ca/find-out-more/admissions/official-documents
=> A transcript is considered official only if it is received by the University of Waterloo in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution or external examinations agency.
University of Toronto:
==============
http://www.adm.utoronto.ca/next-steps/application-process-for-full-time-105-internal-and-part-time-degree-studies/required-documents-and-deadlines/post-secondary-transcripts/
=>Transcripts issued to students are not acceptable

Dont worry, just send those sealed envelopes by DHL
Thanks!
Another question.
I have only 68% marks in Engineering.
With such a percentage, has anyone succeeded in getting admit in University of waterloo?
University of Waterloo has very high % requirement for MEng/MaSc, i.e. 78%
Source:

I have 10 years of rich experience with INTEL but I wonder that whether they will relax their % criteria.
Please share your opinion
Its very difficult to advice bro, 10 yrs of experience is actually much better than a masters.
If you wanna come here to get a PR, i would suggest you apply through Express Entry. 10 yrs of experience will definitely help you get a PR visa easily.
The choice is yours if you wanna study here i would say your chances at Waterloo are very good. As backup apply for 4 universities least.
You do not need to spend so much money to study in Canada
Easy and cheap way - Apply for PR
Study at domestic rates
Moreover you might face a rejection as embassy will be concerned of your genuine intentions of studying again after 10 years

@GTO911 you have a valid point but dear express entry asks for robust points which are not possible without employment offer with labor certification, hence express entry is next to impossible.

PR is very difficult without job offer even if one has considerable/relevant work experience.
About another point being raised here to convince embassy about my intentions to study after 10 years.....how to tackle that.
I have been working since last 10 years in same field (electronics/VLSI industry) as of my last study (engineering in electronics).
Has anyone come across a similar profile as of mine who got study VISA?
hi vinay,
get good score in IELTS.
and appply for express entry...you will be eligible...you have good profile with 10 years of exp and bach inenng it ill help you.
you dont need job offer , its not mandatory, you can apply if you have enough points, and you will get that points...
just go to online and count your points, last draw was just 450 points,, and i just count your points you are getting arround 500 points....if you get high ielts scores.

Calculate your points here - http://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html
PR is possible without job, lowest points selected were 450
Without job offer, going beyond 400 points is tough. I checked all permutations/combinations with my age/education which are fixed
So applying for Masters seems easier.
But as someone flagged, study VISA may get rejected with 10 years of experience

Though need more inputs from experienced fellows

yes ur age must cause problems for ur EE points. experience should not make much difference as long as its in the same field as ur study. experience is good
