I have completed my 145 credits hours for a Bachelor degree program ,where I have completed 120 credits from a University-1 and then credit transfer to another university -2 where I have completed rest of my credits -25 credits and awarded final certificate with transcript with mentioned the number of credits hours,CGPA earned from university-1. Now , for getting ECA by WES , do I need to submit only the transcript of the final certificate awarding university ? My first university is currently not recognised by ECA agensies.
