ECA process for two universities

Hello friends,

I am from India- completed my 1 year online MBA diploma from Welinker institute of management Mumbai

I am Bachlor engineering full time from university of Pune. Here i have done 2nd, 3rd and 4th year from university of Pune but 1st year was completed from Nagpur university. I have already requested transcript from Pune university. My question is
1) Do i also need transcript from Nagpur university?
2) Should i also present my 1 year MBA diploma for ECA?
3) I heard/read in some forum that WES is very strict in doing ECA so should i try with other ECA bodies?

I have a total of 10 years of industrial work experience in my field.
