Hello, i need some help for my ECA done. The scenario is I have completed 1 year of my engineering from nagpur university and then 2,3 and 4th year from skkim manipal university. So please can some one help me while getting the ECA done do I need to send the transcript from both Nagpur university and skim Manipal? Or should I request letter of explanation from skim Manipal university ?
