Transcript - Semester Wise or Subject Wise

Hi All

I have completed my B.Tech from Rajasthan Technical University (Raj) - India in 2011 and now want to apply for Canada PR (Express Entry). As a prerequisites we need to send the transcript to WES (Canada).
I went to my university and requested for the transcript. Now they are asking whether I require Semester Wise or Subject wise Transcript for WES.

As per my university they categorised the transcript into following.

• Semester wise transcript shall include the aggregate marks obtained in each semester in year wise order.
• Subject wise transcript shall include the marks obtained in each subject in respective semester and will be prepared in subject wise and semester wise.

Can someone help me what type do we require for WES Process.

If yes then does your WES get completed successfully?

what is RTU?
I did graduation only. I got PR and landed canada.

Hi i am also from RTU and trying to get WES evaluation done, please tell me if you got subject wise or semester wise. I have completed by BTech in CSE in 2012.

Also WES requires degree copy also, did you send one and did you get that attested from RTU and was it also send in a sealed envelope?

thank you, can you please also tell me about the the degree copy that I need to send, does that need to be attested and sealed as well?

or is it not necessary.

Your transcript should show year attended, subjects covered, marks, year of pass out, signature and stamp.

No, but the above requirements are clearly mentioned in WES web.
There are many other criterias like authorised person should sign the certificate, not your professor, If your university handover the envelop and u should send it in a sealed envelop with signature and stamp. Refer WES site for details.

ok thank you, can you please tell if the form on the wes website for transcript is a mandatory thing or an optional form to help one get transcript from their university in case university doesnt have one of their own?

Send subject wise transcript to Wes..There is online form on there website , you can use or can go to RTU directly to get it.
And yes RTU is recognized,I have got my positive ECA for b-tech..
