I have received transcripts envelope today from university, now what is to be done next ? Do I need put all mark sheets and certificate photocopies inside that envelope and put that transcript envelope in large envelope and then send ? Or need fill in anyother document other than this and then send ?

Are you preparing to send documents for WES?
For WES, just send an envelope which you got from University, pay fees and write that reference number on envelope

i hope you received the sealed envelop, keep it sealed.
Now put that sealed envelope in another envelope and put the photocopies of marksheets and degree and send it to WES.
Also as mentioned above " pay fees and write that reference number on envelope"
Make sure you choose international courier if you do not want to take risk of getting your evaluation sheet lost of delayed.

Pay WES fees and get reference number

write WES reference number on the envelope
