Also if no serial number then how WES will recognize my document and payment done??

It's not a serial number, it's reference number which you will get when you register online at WES, it'ld be there when u download the ref letter and enclose it along with application for OT, td

I got the ref number after completing the registration.
I am currently in muscat and my friend is helping me to get the docs frm university of mumbai. They are refusing to include the transcript received from Wes in the sealed envelope. Will it be a problem if its nt included inside the sealed envelope with my attested marksheets and convocation?
I got another concern, mumbai university is ready to provide me attested marksheet in the sealed envelope but they are not including the transcript received from wes.
Is there any1 else facing similar problem? Whats the solution?
