Sorry to bother you 'cause I know you're quite busy but we have a problem with March 2013 Tracking Sheet. Clicking the link would bring us to Nov 2012 Tracking Sheet. Do you happen to know what's the problem and how can we fix it? We would appreciate it very much if you spare some time to troubleshoot the fault. Thanks in advance for the assistance that you will extend!

It seems someone created another sheet ( Sheet2 ) in book and copies nov data in there. Kindly refer to sheet 1 of excel.

I found, that by mistake someone gave access to all, and some anonymous user has meshed it up. I don't know what fun people gets with destructive work.
I have restored it and now its ready use. changed permissions as well. Enjoy .

Yeah, I think so also. I would volunteer if you'll allow me. Send me PM on how to have access. I don't know why some people would deliberately cause harm to others. Anyway, I a firm believer of KARMA.
