Tracker shows ALL COMPLETED. What is the ETA for Final Decision?

The tracker's last update was on the 11th of June with eligibility completed. Everything is done, Background, BIL, Medical, Eligiblity. Only waiting for that FD.
On the IRCC GCKEY page, the updates are not reflected and background/eligibility still ongoing. Last update over there was about medicals passed.
