I FedEx photos 2 times to Ottawa, the first time they were delivered on 13 May and the second time 05th July. IRCC webform replied that they never received the photos even though I had the signed proof hence I sent it again.

At least you got a reply. I sent a webform two months a go and never got a single word from them
 
Hi,
Could you please tell me the processing time of express entry these days?
in the canada.ca it is indicated 6 months which I think it is the case for like 80% of applications. For PR card it is about 4.5 months. Please correct me it if I’m making mistake.

We fore sure can tell you about the process of PR cards, which so far taking more than 4 months…But pr process thats another story on another portal.

But Its been already 5+ Weeks, I have a plan of going to India for my marriage in Aug.Dont know whether VAC will be open or not by that time, So I dont want to depend on the PRTD to come back to Canada.

I have a valid B1/B2 Visa, So incase if I couldny get the PRTD on time from India, Is there any possibility for me to cross canada border through US ?

You can cross land border into Canada with only your COPR if you are travelling on a non-commercial vehicle, ie. not in a plane or a bus.

I received e-CoPR in March from Etobicoke office and sent the photos in April. I had to leave Canada due to family emergency and now waiting for PRTD to come back to Canada.

I have closed WP and my wife has open WP valid until Dec, 2021. Is it possible to use that to re-enter Canada ? Please advise.
 
After I linked my PR card application to my GC key account, yesterday I received emails for my children saying "profile has been updated" however there was no updated or new message in GC account. Linked application on June 15

Thats what it’s called ghost update…

For me it’s not strange at all, I used to get these update emails a lot when I was waiting for my pr application.
