I submitted everything on PR portal on May 26. Got COPR a week ago. My address was approved. My photo in still in review with IRCC

Yes there is no need to worry!! You just have to be patient , even on the phone the lady (from IRCC) was really nice and said that they are really busy and they are behind with the Solemn declaration it takes around 2.5 months.
IRCC is still working!
Everything will be alright , I waited 2 months and I was getting concerned :(
But in the end everything works out , just need time :D

Anybody in the month of may who submitted their copr and photos to kitchener office by post recieved approval ? My photos were delivered on may 13 but no update yet
 
Has anyone faxed their solemn declaration. My webform reply says 'nothing in the system yet' any idea if I should resubmit?

Is this thread only for inland PR card requests? We landed a few days ago after getting PR through outland-FSW so have had COPR since January. We are wondering if the delays are the same, since the photos have already been approved and all.
 
Can anyone please help me? I am an inland applicant, I got my CoPR in my email on May 28, 2020, from the Winnipeg office and have still not received my PR card even after 1 year. I sent my photos twice, have raised 5 web forms, and have been calling every month to enquire about the application but all I get is that the Winnipeg office is processing my application. Does anyone have any advice regarding this because I'm really stuck?

Have you tried doing a solemn declaration ?
Pr card processing times are very slow right now but waiting more than 1 year it’s insane.. I have no words I am really sorry!
