I called today
The lady on the phone said they have a backlog of solemn declarations for PR card and they havent reached to March yet (thats when I sent my solemn declaration) so it will be about another month or two.

Okay. Thanks for the update. I still haven't received mine and will be sending Solemn Declaration in May. Still a long way to go
 
Just to confirm. I dont need add $50 bank draft or anything for PR Card as the CoPR just says.. include this letter and one photo.. thats it.

Please let me know.

In total, took 103 days to process my first PR card application. It will now take up to six weeks for the card to arrive in the mail.
