Mine was delivered on the 5th of February, haven’t heard anything yet... please update us if you see any progress since our timelines are close

I have given up on this to be honest until lockdown in Toronto is lifted (second week of March?).
They (etobicoke office) might resume working then and hopefully clear the backlog in 5-6 months? who knows.

Thats what my thoughts are as well. Hope for the best.

IRCC currently has reduced operational capacity due to exceptional measures to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, there will be significant delays in processing and production of PR Cards during this period. Unfortunately we are not able to provide an estimated timeline as to when operations will resume.

But the thing is that, they haven’t sent any card yet since November.
