what option did you use on the phone to get through to someone?

I dial 2 and 3 and right after machine try to tell something I press 0 to directly transfer the call to agent

I did not know either, I randomly checked my mail box and PR card mail was there. My PR card application status on CIC is still "submitted". About a week or so ago it did had application updated status and changed back to submitted, but I did not receive any email. or any information of it being delivered or processing. Just hoping everyone gets their PR card.

When u received the Ghost update, I got the ghost update 12th Feb, cic told me my pr card is send for printing.
Edmonton- sent photos 5th Oct and reached 7th october.

I think I saw ghost update on Feb 6th. PR card was delivered by Sydney CPC, NS. I think you should be receiving it by next week.
and I sent photo+COPR to Edmonton-CPC on September 25th (delivered next day).

Do you have timeline when you got first Ghost Update or when did they send you card for printing?
