Just got a ghost update!

Landed: mid-March at Montreal airport (outland)
PR card: ghost update on July, 22nd

have a stupid question: what is a ghost update ?

An update which shows that you application as been updated, but then when you log in again, it won't show up.

It means something has been updated with your application, most likely for PR card, it means the card has been fabricated.
