Second ghost update today!

Status is now "Approved".
In the message section it now says "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."

I can't wait for this to be over.

I am not sure but I sent my photo and COPR on 30th may via express post
So it should have been received by 2nd June

Did you sent your photo and CoPR to Montreal? Also could you please let me know when did your photo and CoPR received at IRCC office.

I sent the letter which I received by e mail and photo. I sent them to Montreal address mentioned on letter. It was all done in May, they possibly received latest 25th of May

The stamped COPR is enough to prove your PR status until you get the PR card. And also, it takes time for the PR Card to be approved and mailed to you by IRCC. You can only reapply for a new PR card if you dont receive your card 6 months after you get notified that it has been approved and mailed to you.

Same here, still waiting for any movement, landed in mid-March.

Still, I’m glad to see consistency in processing and despatch of new PR cards for March outlanders.

According to your landing date and current waiting times you should probably see an update in about 13 days. Hang in there!

we were just able to link my husbands CIC account with his PR card application.For some reason, we are not able to link my and our child's account to our PR card application.

Just got an update that his PR card has been mailed.
Landing Date: March 14

probably 5-6 days as per current trend... they send it as regular mail through Canada Post
