I think because you applied for PRTD your PR card is not usable you need to wait for your travel document.
I know someone applied for PRTD and he received his PR card before his PRTD and in airport they tell him because you have already applied for PRTD you cannot use your PR card and you should wait for your PRTD and when you enter Canada apply for your PR card again and your processing time will start when you applied.

Does anyone know if our COPRs expire? An agent at RBC is telling me that my COPR is expired and that he can’t use it to open a bank account/as a secondary ID.
I applied for renewal of PR card in March. 28th February my application reached the office. I got an email on 17th July saying there is update on my application. I went online and checked that my application for PR card was approved and is being sent by post.
