I just called and apparently my application has not even started yet even though all the info and address they have on hand are correct I landed on Aug 19th at Niagara Falls. The dispatch will put a note on my application to try to get it process. Not sure if land border is processed slightly slower than airport or not. It 's not urgent for me but just feel weird with the application not even started yet.
Yes for now best thing I can hope is that the card will be mailed out on Monday otherwise I will have to return from US by private vehicle. If that's the case I will have to revise my trip plan and rebook the ticket. This is really frustrating.
Did anyone try calling CIC today. Seems that they are not accepting calls. I called using hangouts (which I have done multiple times beofre) but the call is getting disconnected before being transferred to CIC
EDIT - I was able to connect through text now (If calling from outside Canada).

Thanks. Will wait till tomorrow. Ideally, I should not have address issue as my address should be same as what was filled in PR application. But I will give a call if no movement happens.
I did my soft landing by road in Windsor on Aug 26th. Linked PR application same day. My application is still showing 'submitted' and there has been no update since then. Is this something I should be concerned about? It has already crossed the 12 days processing time as given on CIC website. Anyone in same boat?

Thanks for your comment. Let's update here once we see any progress on our application. I plan to call CIC today since the application already passed 12 days SLA.
