Mine was approved on 18th Feb and I am still waiting for my card. I am from London,ON.

Yeah, Normally, you are withing the National mailing time which means 4 days

Yes, sometimes you get an update which informes you that there is an update and a message to read. Once you lohin you find update and no message to read
when you click on the application link, the status goes back tu submited

Jan 8th photo resubmission here. One was approved yesterday (2/21/2019) and one is approved today (2/22/2019). Expect to get approved either today or tomorrow.

same here no updates. Do people get ghost updates on weekends? I guess it's Monday or Tuesday for us then since I saw January 10th submission receiving a ghost update today.
