As i didn't get any letter or email notification for it and came to know through CSE yesterday.

So, i suspect 30 days will start from yesterday itself ?

Can I include copy of CSE mail along with letter of explanation letter (including your complete name, date of birth and UCI).

Anyone facing or faced similar situation?

yes u can do that and send them as soon as possible

Yes I am sure. She put me on hold and checked and said processing resubmitted photos sent November 16th. To be honest I sort of believed her because the October 22nd tale has been on for too long.

Are you Sure?
I also called today and the agent told the status , the CPC Team is processing photos received on October 22nd.
The Agent was in Montreal location and he was only reading from what is visible on his system for my case.
He mentioned that actual status can be different.
Also, the speed of processing will increase , it was slow because of holiday season.

Based on what I read on this forum, it easily takes 2 months after your photos are submitted.

Guys i tht its my moral duty to twll u guys.. they are def processing nov 3 week arn 20 nov shit... why bec my bud had photo request for his wife 21 nov photo recived 24 nov... he just recieved ghost update for his wife

That is good. They surely have picked up the pace.
It could also be due to less photo requests sent during that time and hence less resubmitted photos to process.

13 dec that means arn mid feb u will get ur card if all goes good
