It took 3 weeks for you to receive the card in hand ?

No friend. I posted late as was not active here. After getting approved received them in 3-5 days. Don't remember the exact date

At least we now know that they are working on files that are close to our landing dates. Just hang on we should receive our cards soon.

I just called IRCC they say my cards went to production on 15th November so approximately how much time does that take? And when can I expect my cards to be delivered? Anyone has any idea?

Landed October 2nd at Pearson and it’s past the 47 days. I phoned this morning and the agent says it still shows processing but she would send an email to the processing Centre as it’s past the 47 days.

Can a new photo request come in after this? Or does it mean Approval is around the corner?

A ghost update is where you see your application in IRCC website as "UPDATED", but when you open it there is no update in it and it returns to "SUBMITTED" state again.
