Hi I have question , I Landed on September 18 , there is no update from CIC , it still showing status in Progress , how long does it exactly takes to get PR card.

Tech it should be coming this for all people between 16 and 24

Naaaa so it depends upon ur house... like mine is townhome so i have letter mail directly into my house... for my friend they left in his aprtment letter box

anyone called them successfully?, i tried again and it says we are experiencing high volume of calls so we cant transfer your call to an agent.
neither able to link application to cic account nor able to call an agent. not sure what to do.

Landing Sept 10, photo re-submission requested on Oct, 21. New photos got delivered today. waiting...........

Just called CIC asking about the status of my application. She said my application looks fine and also she pushed a request to CPC Sydney asking about the delay. She also ensured that my card would be dispatched soon. Not sure what she meant by soon.

usually when they send a message of post processin delay.. for cards.. its like a business case and gets higher precidence

Hi everybody I don’t know but I think the post strike will impact also the delivery of our cards , hope 1st we get them approved and hope that the strike will end sooner (https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/co...ts_down_grea&cattype=special&cat=specialalert)

Just called cic so the immigration officer forgot to highlight the address which i gave him for sending the cards and hence my 47 days will start from today

You can link it to your account,and before that call IRCC , they will check for you the status snd at list they will send a request about the delay.
It shows 47 days for the cards , unfortunately the majority of us we already reached 55 days and some 65 days without any news, really we don’t know the real cause of the delay.
