Finally, got a chance to speak with the agent and was informed our cards went for production last week. However they are yet to be mailed out to my address.

No, I have been in Canada for a while now and had to travel outside. I am still looking into options of getting it delivered from my Canadian address. I am hearing mixed opinions using mailing service.

Got a ghost update today (Oct 11th)

Similar situation. Landed on 21 July in Pearson with Spouse and 2 Kids. Got PR card for my Kids. I have got Photo re submission request, but no update regarding my spouse application. Still in "Submitted".

No my status is still "Sumitted". Got PR for my 2 Kids and my wife's PR card got approved on Tuesday. We should be getting her PR card very soon. My new photo reached there on 12 Sep. Saw "UPDATE" for my application on 28th September . But it has not approved yet.

Here's my update!
PR card application for Me and my wife are approved today, it's yet to be approved for my son.

Landed @ Windsor: August 20
Ghost Update: October 4 (45 days after landing)
Status Approved: October 12 (8 days after Ghost update)

72 days and no updates. Called and they said nothing missing with my case. Is there anything that I can do to expedite it?

PR Card Approved: 29 September 2018 (Linked it to my EE profile only today and got to know it is approved. No ghost updates or emails to date.)
PR Card not delivered yet.

Plan to call IRCC tomorrow.
