Landed 19th October 2017 and connected to track PR card in my CIC account last night and received file number. So I am going to get my card after 3 months?

Hello Everyone,
throughout my immigration journey a lawyer was helping me and created my CIC account and everything. I landed on September 5th 2017 and didn't receive any email until now.
Can you please advise how you log in your CIC account? should I request the information from my lawyer or I can log with a partner (using my bank details) ?

Spouse PR card application has been Approved today. Finally!!!

Landed- June 28 (Rainbow bridge)
Photo request- Aug 23
Photo received- Aug 28
Application Approved- Oct 20

Hope to receive the card next week! To those people still waiting, have patience of a saint.

Congratulations!! Did you get any message or email that your card is approved or you just checked your cic your own?

No email yet. I just checked my account. I believe email will be sent after 24 hrs Same procedure with my PR card when I got it back in August.

If you have access on MyCIC then you can track the progress of your PR card when linked to existing application.
You will receive your PR card approximately in 2 months and you'll hear from your lawyer around that time frame.

I'm assuming these "additional documents" are the original picture I submitted because otherwise I haven't submitted anything....If so, fully expecting a new picture request to come through any day now.

PR Card application. My PR application has been approved since March.

Hi everyone, I see a lot of people get photo requests and I was wondering if I can send new photos before they ask just in case? I dont want my PR card to be delayed as I'm planning to travel in Dec. I did my landing in September and should receive the card by Nov if they dont ask me to resubmit a new photo. Suggestions anyone?

PR Card application. My PR application has been approved since March.
