Landed on 21st July,

Today the PR card application status says approved.

There was no email specifying the change made in CIC site. I hope to receive PR card in a week or so.

I read somewhere in this thread that it could take up to a maximum of 1 week depending upon your location.

Approved on 15 sept. Now I checked my E_case status and it changed from complete to decision made. What about your E_case status who got approved?

FYI to all.. I had similar frustration trying to find and add my PR card application. It worked when i entered my place of birth as it was on the passport. On the passport it said "city_name, state_name". All this time I was using just the name of the city and it never worked.

Ok so i could finally link the PR application to my account. However, i cant see the PR card information. It still shows the status as of march 2017, when we had submitted all our documents after receiving the ita. So the final decision says 'approved'. Anyone with the same thing? I mean, this 'approved' cannot be for the PR card as its been there since march.

I landed on 20 June Calgary. Got photo request on 16 August, new pics delivered 21 August. Got another email asking for pics on 23 August. I called IRCC and agent said I can ignore second email. I am kind of worried. my cic has no new update

Anyone in same boat?

Same here. Spouse new photos received August 28. Still waiting and I think we need to wait 2 more months to complete the process. It's really frustrating but there's nothing much that we can do but wait. We landed June 28.

Hello! Yes same boat. My husband got the request twice, same dates: 16th and 23rd August. However it seems the 2nd one was for me since I didn't receive any mail but they needed the photos as well.

I received a mail yesterday saying my card has been processed on September 18th. So I am waiting for the card to be mailed now.
