I mailed them. I had no option to upload, unfortunately. According to UPS, they should arrive there by Friday.

I just hope it doesn't delay much, and that the card gets made as soon as they get the envelope. Here's hoping!

We're on the same boat. Landed in Montreal July 18. Yesterday it changed from Your provided documents are being reviewed. But I didnt submit any document and they didn't ask anything.. what does it mean?

Mine shows this update since day 1, I also landed July 18 and linked my applications on 31st, still showing additional document uploaded since then for me and family

Thanks for updates and congrats finally your long wait is over,i just called one time since i landed which was yesterday and the agent told me that everything looks good but still on process.I will call again tomorrow.

On the email I got yesterday (the person who got my call sent me) had three addresses. Here folows what's on the email:

Here is the address to use if you are sending your photos by regular mail:

New permanent residents (if you are waiting for your initial card):

Case Processing Centre - PRC
P.O. Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

OR

Existing permanent residents (e.g., PR card replacement):

Case Processing Centre - PRC
P.O. Box 9000
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K7

If you would like to have proof that your photos were received, you can use registered or express mail with Canada Post or a courier service such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc. Please instruct the courier service to use the address listed below:

49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2

Since I sent by UPS, I used the last address. Come to think of it, I should have sent to the PO Box for new applications, maybe they check that more often or something. Well, there's nothing I can do now

Here's the copy of the photo request from CIC for my spouse. Photo received Aug 28 and still waiting for update. The letter only mentioned one address.

Hi guys, just checked my CIC account all of our PR card applications have been approved.

I landed in Toronto on July 17.
