Sorry can you please explain this?

I was requested new photos on Aug 2nd and sent it to them today. It should reach them on Aug 9th. When can I expect my PR card? Thanks a lot!

Yes they'll send an email to your provided email address (the one used for your IRCC/CIC account) with attached pdf file with details of the requirements and instructions, address for sending the photos.

Well I called IRCC and the agent said photos are incorrect. Then she emailed me the instructions and shortly after I also got an email from PRC email with the attached PDF with instructions.

So your PR card also got delayed. They opened the file on 2nd Aug, found some discrepancy in photos and sent you a photo request.
As per my last call with IRCC they are processing photo request application of 25th June.
So give and take your PR card got delayed by 4-5 weeks

CIC agent said discrepancy was noted on July 27th but they only sent me the email on Aug 2nd.

You wrote July 25th and got me excited haha.

I've written them a LOE to speed up my process and attached my air tickets. Praying they process mine urgently, but I highly doubt it.

It's 25th June not July.
So IRCC/CIC are currently processing PR card applications with photo request sent on 25th June.

Though as per my call last week they processed applications very fast since earlier when I called they had reached photo request applications of 22nd May and in my last call they confirmed that they are processing photo request applications of 25th June.

If you received photo request on 2nd August then it's gonna take 6 weeks to process the card so September it is. Hopefully it should be done before that.

I received photo request on 10th July (which I reverted the same day and and photos were received by IRCC on 14th July) and as of 3rd August I am still awaiting an update on my PR card processing. Hopefully I should be receiving the same very soon, I wish the same for you. Good luck.

Mine was the same (I think I mentioned this in a previous post). A few moments later it changed to submitted.

even I tried to "re-link" the same application, but couldn't as the response says "we found an application that is under registration"
