I landed on Nov 11th. I was under the NSNP program. I just got an email from NSNP with the following:

Subject: Your Application for Permanent Residence

Hello,

yes the agent told me the same thing that there is a postal delay of 3 weeks , how ever wen i called the second time he said he will send an email to sydney processing office and i shall have the cards soon.

so i think its worth the wait!!!

Oh yes definitely its worth the wait! I tried calling again to find out but they said since I had called less than a week ago, I need to call after one week, so I will try calling them again by the end of this week.

called today and spoke to an agent she was really helpful, told her before hand that i called last week and her colleague sent an email to Sydney processing office and i am just calling in to check whats the status.... she verified my info and checked my file and advised that sydney office received their email and have started preparing my card and i shall have them soon but didnt give any time line.

Oh, so they have started processing the card now or started the process to work on the email request? In my case, I was told that the cards are in for printing..

BC... may be 2 or 3 days later than the east region in delivering...
