Hi guys, i m in dilemma,

My case: photo resubmission request:31 march
cic received my pix on 6th april,
card dispatched 16 may

I called cic today n dey told me dat the card has been dispatched on 16 th may, n unfortunately i m in india on the very same day as per indian time i applied PRTD. Now is there any way to get PRTD refund n cancel application in between or which one should i use while landing - card or PRTD.

What should i do. This is like bad luck n total dilemma.

Is the application processing time in CIC website includes weekends or just weekdays? And whats up with all these photo resubs?

I've done the computation using the timelines of some posters on this thread. It appears the processing time includes all 7 days of the week.

I was...april 19th..they got my photos april 20th according to xpresspost and nothing so far

i landed on dec 9. wife revieved the PR card on march 10. i got photo resubmission letter on march 26. got my PR card on may 9

I was requested for resubmission of Photos. Photos reached cic on April 21.. No news yet..

Good chance you'll get it before you go - although nothing is definite when it comes to CIC!!
