If we receive a photo request how long it will take for PR card ?

Landed: Oct 09, 2018
Photo request: Dec 03, 2018

And what is the procedure to retake photo ? Can someone explain the procedure to send photos again ?

Atleast a month more to receive the card.
You go to a photo studio get photos as per Cic requirement, send it by post to IRCC (address should have been provided by IRCC when the sent you request)

Thank you fazilasadiq. I just submitted a IRCC web form. Hope they will reply me soon.

Do i have to keep any additional document with the photos to show its mine along with the letter i received ? like a copy of COPR ?

You should receive it in 10-15 days..They send in regular mail..no tracking.

I have been stuck since my landing in July. Canada post has already lost my first card, IRCC posted the new cards on 22nd November but I haven't received them either.

Anyone received their card in Vancouver recently and know when they were shipped/received? Thank you in advance.

Due to Canada Post strike there has been a back log hence its taking 8-10 days to receive the cards. (As per the timelines shared here)

Same is my case, my application got approved and my husband’s application didn’t. Called IRCC they said applications are processed individually and not as a family hence all are approved at different days. He said to wait for a week and call if it doesn’t gets updated (dispatched)

I landed at Toronto on Oct 11. I was hoping to see the ghost update today (calculated based on recent timelines).

No email was sent. I logged in an update and application approved.
