I called today. Officer confirmed landing was successful and submitted to the system. I can’t get SIN right the way too. But officer confirmed landing was ok so I guess I just have to wait

Where did you do your landing?
If you do in IRCC office then they usually ask to go service Canada for SIN number once the landing formalities are done and COPR IS signed
