Can you please share your timeline? Were you waiting for a long time and you contact them again by webform or email, then sent new photos and got your card in a week?

I'm waiting for my card from August. In Feb, I got a request to re-submit my photos. No updates after that. Hopefully we'll get our cards soon.

Submitted on 15 Jan to Vancouver.
GU on 10th Feb called them and they said approved and sent for printing after that nothing.

You have different options call IRCC or use web form or online using ecas.
And it doesn't impact your processing time as it is a Canadian address

Hi, as per my experience the first PR card its not shown on ecas. However you can track the progress through your GCkey account.

I also applied on 5th oct 2020 Edmonton office, mine was sent on 12th feb 2020 for printing. Still waiting......wait continues...
