Did you raise any web form yet? I raised it on the 20th. No response yet!

I raised a webform for our case (photos received July-8th and no updates so far- just a GU by beginning of September) on the 15th and no answer yet

I got one ghost update on 20th October, my photos reached Sydney on the 08th October. But no update after the ghost update don't know when will they issue. I submitted my application for the pr card on the 15th July and only got an update to resend photos on 01st October. My wife and daughters card was issued in August and mine is still pending.

Same situation to me only we sent our photos in June. No request for me to resend photos yet.

Can please tell me the process.i too have paper based application copr and i have a question that
Do i need to send them registered mail like with tracking number and once they receive it , will i get email for that card process? And do i need to send two photos or just one .
It’s confusing because in letter it says send one
But in the phot specifications they are aking for two ? Plz help

I got a reply for the webform. And they are saying, We have verified the information you provided and your photographs are not available in the system yet.

I couriered through FedEx and they have a sign copy from the delivery.

Don't know what to do. Anybody had faced similar situation?

It means they havent opened your envelop yet and still sitting somewhere in their facility

you can apply PRTD or submit webform and ask your case to be processed as urgent.
