TR to PR

Greetings,
I have applied for TR to PR under Healthcare category. Due to some unforseen circumstances am currently outside Canada. On October 14th, I received an email saying my PR have been approved and at the bottom of the letter it said I can reply back to the email if I am outside Canada as I won't be able to land back using PR Portal confirmation. On October 17th, I received an automated email saying I need to prove I am in Canada and upload photo for my PR card within 7 days which I am afraid I won't be able to do it as I will return to Canada in November. No reply from IRCC yet. Please advise. Thank you.

You need to reply and explain that you are out of the country and when you are returning. Hopefully IRCC will just suggest doing a virtual landing when you return in November.
