TR to PR pathways.

Hello, I’m on Implied status (awaiting final decision for my PGWP). Can I apply for the TR to PR while on implied status?
Previously I have work as a 1) Cashier and 2) retail associate. Currently, I am a licensed practical nurse. I am applying under the healthcare stream of TR to PR. I have more than 1560 hours (combined cashier + retail associate + current job).
Again, Can I apply while on implied status?

I have few more questions,
1) can I apply under health care stream? I got my healthcare job recently last month, July. I haven’t complete my 1560 hours yet as a healthcare.

2) Can I combined my essential work (cashier and salesperson) + current work as a healthcare? And I’ll be applying under Stream A for healthcare.
When I add, all ours as cashier, salesperson, and nurse job I have more than 1560 hours.

I am just worried about combining Stream A and stream B. Wherein, ill be applying under Stream A (healthcare profession).

I think you misunderstood Stream A requirement.

You are eligible under Stream A only if you have 1 year of work experience in at least 1 ELIGIBLE HEALTHCARE OCCUPATION. Your current job, on the other hand, doesn't need to be in healthcare field.

So, unfortunately, you are not eligible under stream A using your experiences as a cashier or sale person.

Thank you for reply. In short, I am not eligible for Stream A then, since I don’t have one year of work experience yet in a healthcare setting.

The capacity for Stream B is full now.

So, I need to have my one year of work experience in healthcare before I can apply for my PR under EE.

HI THERE, I HAVE FILLED THE IMM5562 AND IMM5669 FORMS BUT I NEEDED EXTRA SPACE TO FILL THE REST OF THE TRAVEL INFORMATION. I OPENED A WORD FILE AND MADE THE SAME SCHEDULE AND FILLED THAT OUT TOO. BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOW I HAVE 2 DIFFERENT PDFS BUT I CAN ONLY SUBMIT 1 PDF TO THE PORTAL. I TRIED TO COMBINE THE IRCC FORM WITH MY PDF BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT I COULDN'T SEE ANY INFORMATION THAT I HAVE FILLED OUT.

MY QUESTION IS HOW DID YOU LINK THE SEPARATED PAPER TO YOUR IMM5562 OR IMM5669 ?

WOULD BE SO NICE IF YOU CAN HELP ME CAUSE I AM READY TO GO ONLY NEED TO FIGURE THIS OUT.

We applied for tr to pr application we waited for 2 years to get pr everything going good medical fingerprints everything passed but in eligibility they refused our application bcoz my husband who is main application he has less hours of his study just bcoz little bit less hours they refused our application also our 2 years also got wasted so we can appeal for this reason or not just I concern about this bcoz we waited for long time for permanent residence plz anyone has same problem can we appeal or do something for refused application bcoz of less hours
