Hi everyone I have received invitation for express entry under CEC today. However ,I have applied for Permanent residency under tr to pr new pathway under international students stream ,I haven't received any AOR for the same .Please suggest me the good way to go with is CEC OR TR TO PR .

The only difference I'd see is processing. CEC has been super quick lately, so you can give it a shot. IRCC has no restrictions on PR apps across different streams.
 
I will advice you go ahead with the CEC...... it is super fast and there is no penalty in submitting two application in different stream
