haseeb so what do you think why they are refusing everyone with same explanations if someone is eligible to visit with funds, strong ties, purpose of visit is genuine. i know a guy who was doing private job he got a business visa for germany 2 times he came back he got visa for USA and now canada rejected him like people are getting disappointed because they are getting refused even they are eligible with meeting all criteria of their eligibility.

what do you think what could be the reason.

The reason is we don’t have a local embassy the case are being processed externally and our government is also quit not taking any measure to resolve this. So it can’t be resolved until unless our government of Pakistan highlight this issue.

I have following refusal on my TRV visa. I never travel to Canada before and can any one please comment on this refusal clause what exactly this refer to?

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your history of having
contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada

after 3 hours of this email i got another email from VFS Global

i applied online and they are talking about decision envelope. its just 3 days since i applied. have they taken decision or what.

Today got email to submit company bank account
Is that good sign ?

Travel history - never travel to any country
Employment situation - new job start feb 2019 and apply tourist visa june 2019
Personal asset and financial status - 1000$Cad for 2weeks vacation

Reapply after 5months
He traveled taiwan,Singapore,malaysia
We put 4000$Cad to his bank
Update Employment letter

Purpose of visit: baptism of his niece 2weeks vacation

Note: ACCOMPANY with mom who got visitor visa last year. Because of pregnancy.
