I can't seem to find what Im looking for on the immigration canada website.
Does anyone know is this scenario below would be feasible:
As an Australian if I am granted a tourist visa to enter Canada (6 months duration), within that given period can I apply for Permanent residency within Canada? and if so if it takes longer than 6 months to process what happens?
