Vancouver or Toronto? This is a really good question and very subjective as well. If you want to live close to big Russian speaking community - welcome to Toronto. A lot of Russian speaking people, Russian stores and and other. Vancouver has not very big Russian speaking community and you could feel yourself a bit isolated here. Vancouver has better weather (almost no winter), you don't need to buy a lot of winter stuff. It is possible to find the good job.
