Hello,

Thank you in advance for helping answer my questions!

I handed in my sponsorship for my parents to Canada in 2016 and still in process.
Today, I received an "Invitation to Pre-arrival services" for my parents from CIC.
In the letter, it basically included a bunch of information for helping new comers settle in Canada.

Does that mean they are in the final stage of making a decision for my parents?
We haven't received passport request yet but it is kinda odd to receive an Invitation to Pre-arrival...

Hopefully that means they are going to PPR soon?!?!?!?

Most who got pre arrival services invitation are soon to get PPR or got it is indication of passed eligibility
